Sleeping Baby

1

2-3 hour course

In this course, you will learn to develop an understanding of your baby's sleep patterns, grasp the fundamentals of good baby sleep, structure your daily routine in a way that promotes sleep, and support your baby in falling asleep and staying asleep independently. The duration varies slightly depending on the location and group size.

2

Time for your questions

I will schedule ample time for your questions. It is important to me that you can contribute your thoughts at any time and that we can address your individual concerns specifically.

3

Small group size

To ensure a personal atmosphere and enough time for your questions, the group is limited to a small number of participants. Depending on the location, the size varies between 6 and 10 participants (or pairs).

4

Detailed guide

You will receive all the information again after the course for your reference. You can refer back to the topics in the written guide at any time – even months later, when your baby has arrived and certain content becomes relevant again.

The course

This course is designed to prepare you for your baby’s sleepbefore sleepless nights become a challenge. You will learn how to support healthy sleep habits from the very beginning and receive a detailed, practical, and science-based guide to help lay the foundation for a well-rested baby.

Topics include:

  • Understanding your baby’s sleep behavior

  • Foundations for healthy baby sleep

  • Independent sleep and gentle sleep support

  • Age-appropriate sleeping through the night

  • Breastfeeding during the day and at night

  • Special situations: from teething to sleep regressions

In this course, you will learn how to understand your baby’s sleep patterns, create a sleep-supportive daily structure, and gently guide your baby toward independent sleep and sleeping through the night.

The focus is intentionally on the first five months of life—because this period offers the best opportunity to build a strong foundation for healthy sleep.

After the course, you will also receive all key information about baby sleep during the first three years of life in written form. This accompanying guide allows you to revisit all content at any time—even months later, when certain topics become relevant for you.

I make sure to allow plenty of time for your questions—it’s important to me that you feel heard, can share your thoughts, and leave the course feeling confident and reassured.

This course is designed for:

  • Expecting parents who want to prepare for baby sleep

  • Parents expecting another child who would like to deepen their knowledge of baby sleep

  • New parents with a baby aged 0–12 weeks

Best time to attend: Between the 27th and 37th week of pregnancy. However, parents with babies aged 0–12 weeks are also very welcome.

Duration: Depending on location and group size, the course lasts approximately 2–3 hours.

Price: €49 per person, €75 per couple
