Dear expectant parents, This course specifically prepares you for the topic of baby sleep – before your baby arrives and the nights become a challenge. You'll learn how to support healthy baby sleep from the very beginning and receive a detailed guide to laying the foundation for a well-sleeping baby – concise, practical, and scientifically sound. Topics include: - Understanding babies' sleep patterns - The basics of good baby sleep - Falling asleep independently and gentle sleep support - Age-appropriate sleep through the night - Breastfeeding during the day and at night - Special situations: from teething to sleep regression In the course, you'll learn to understand your baby's sleep patterns, create a sleep-promoting structure in your daily routine, and lovingly support your baby as they fall asleep and sleep through the night independently. I've scheduled plenty of time for your questions – it's important to me that you can share your thoughts at any time and leave feeling confident. You will also receive all the information in writing after the course. The accompanying guide allows you to review the content at any time – even months later, after your baby has arrived and certain topics become relevant to you.
