Sleep consultation with a concept
Knowledge that provides security, and solutions that suit you.

Proactive
I want to proactively prepare expectant parents for the topic of baby sleep before the baby arrives and the nights become a challenge. With the baby sleep course, expectant parents receive all the important information about baby sleep and can create a wonderful foundation for a well-sleeping baby right from the first few months.

Personal
I'm happy to help you with any questions or problems in a personal conversation. Whether in an initial consultation, through individual support with problems, or in a follow-up appointment after the baby sleep course, together we'll find answers to your questions and determine which form of advice and support is right for you.

Individual
Not every solution fits every family and every problem. Together, we'll find a sensitive and individualized approach that feels right for your whole family and helps you get back to restful sleep. Your baby's well-being, the bond with your child, and ensuring you can enjoy this special time together as a family are our top priorities.
Why is baby sleep so important?
Good sleep is essential – for your baby, toddler, and you as parents. During sleep, the brain processes impressions, growth hormones are released, the immune system is strengthened, and emotions are regulated. Sufficient sleep promotes healthy development, while sleep deprivation can lead to irritability, concentration problems, and a weakened immune system.
But it's not just babies who need good sleep – it's essential for you as parents, too. Restful sleep supports your physical and mental health, reduces stress, and gives you the strength to manage everyday life with your child more calmly. When you're well-rested, you can better respond to your child's needs, remain more patient, and feel more balanced overall.
Good sleep isn't a matter of chance – it can be learned. I'll help you find a sleep rhythm that suits your family, so you can all sleep more peacefully, relaxed, and restfully!
Growth & Immune System
While your baby sleeps, growth hormones are released, the immune system is strengthened, and the entire growth process is supported.
Brain Development & Learning
Everything your child learns during the day is processed during sleep and transferred to long-term memory. Sleep promotes concentration and memory development.
Emotional regulation
Children who get enough good sleep are better able to control their emotions, are more balanced and more satisfied.
Health prevention
A healthy sleep provides long-term protection against ADD, ADHD, and obesity.
Downward spiral
Lack of sleep or poor-quality sleep can trigger a downward spiral: your baby sleeps even more restlessly at night, the sleep deficits accumulate, cortisol levels rise – making it even harder to establish a healthy sleep rhythm. Irregular and short daytime naps only exacerbate the problem.
Impact on you as parents
Sleep is essential for parents too. Prolonged sleep deprivation has massive consequences:
Physical consequences: A weakened immune system, tension, digestive problems, high blood pressure, increased heart rate – lack of sleep can affect the entire body.
Mental and emotional consequences: Concentration problems, migraines, irritability and increased susceptibility to stress are typical signs.
Partnership & social life: Lack of sleep can exacerbate conflicts in partnerships, restrict social life, and even lead to withdrawal and isolation.
Many parents feel the effects after just a few days – fatigue, impatience, the feeling of constantly having to "function." Parents suffering from sleep deprivation are unable to be the parents they want to be. But there are ways out of this vicious cycle, and I'm happy to help you find yours!
What well-rested parents say
Carina managed to give us such an entertaining and interesting overview of the possibilities and opportunities surrounding baby sleep in a compact course. With her open and professional manner, she patiently and understandingly answered every question and gave us personal recommendations. In addition to the short, very interesting theoretical part, we were especially able to learn new, attachment-oriented, and loving methods in the practical part. There were many things we wish we had known during our first pregnancy. We would absolutely recommend this course to expectant parents (even if it's not their first child).

Carina's advice and extensive background knowledge triggered numerous "aha" moments for us and provided us with many valuable tips. Her open and friendly manner immediately created a pleasant atmosphere in which we felt comfortable and could ask all our questions.
After our consultation, we received an excellently prepared and structured guide that will accompany us through the first few weeks with our baby. Thanks to Carina's support, we now feel much more confident about the topic of baby sleep. We highly recommend her advice!
